He said himself that he didn't get the exposure he deserves, it's only after the super 6 that he became a star.

He gets as much credit for taking the Bute fight as Judah does for taking the Garcia fight.

Guys who don't have much time left almost never turn down a big opportunity when they receive it.
Listen. He fought Taylor which was a major challenge in the US even though he could have had a gimme defense in Nottingham. Give Froch the credit he deserves for that.

Not that bad a comparison. Froch didn't have more options than Judah in his division, Judah had just won an eliminator for the IBF title and nearly signed the Peterson fight which would have been main event on Showtime. What options did Froch have? Stieglitz? Sauerland only lets him fight in-house threats. Cleverly? That would have been at 175 and Froch refuses to move up for some reason.

It would have been at a catchweight. He could have fought a bum in Nottingham ,sold out the arena and made good money. Judah has never been able to sell in NY unless its against a big name. He would have got *** all for fighting Peterson. Weren't the purses like 50k each?

Saying Froch and Mosley/Judah are good comparisons just tells me how out of touch you are.

            Dude.

1: Stieglitz has never been with Sauerland

2: Froch could have made a big domestic fight and yet he chose the most dangerous opponent in Lucian Bute.

3: Give up. You are fighting a losing battle.

            • its not rocket science. any one would take a probable win for good money than they would a sure loss for ok money.

Rated by who, Ring magazine? Ring magazine's ratings are a helluca lot better than any of the ABC groups, but they're not to tell-all end-all. Hell, Ring magazine has Broner rated like #5 P4P, which pretty much nobody agrees with. LOL!!!

... Rocket science is stagnant since like 60 years ago...
I have to repeat: Ward is expecting Hearn to deliver $5-7 million in order to travel to the UK. But I suspect Hearn would not pay more than $3-3.5 million...

Ring Magazine then was different than GBP magazine today. I'm sure you are aware of that.

That would be max and would require Froch to take less than 25% of the purse. Consider that Froch and Kessler had revenue from HBO, SKY PPV and Scandinavian PPV. For Froch-Ward II Scandinavian PPV is out of the equation so there'd be a lot less Money to share. Ward just isn't a draw.

Froch and Kessler allegedly got £2M each.
