They don't have no names like MMGhey or anything like that. They just don't find boxing as exciting. To each their own. I like them both but on MMA sites boxers get a lot more respect then MMA fighters get on boxing forums. At least on MMA sites they respect boxers worth ethics and talent.

Who got KO'd by a bum? Bradley is undefeated and Swanson has only been stopped by strikes to Jose Aldo who is the greatest fighter in the lower weight classes in all of MMA. And it was a flying knee that left a nasty cut, lets see how tough you are tough guy.

And Big Rigg, thats true but they don't call boxers faaaggots without ever actually trying the sport. And I actually replied on a MMA forum recently how HBO has been getting better ratings all year then free UFC and bellator cards. Like I said to each their own, I just don't see why the sports can't just co-exist. Their really is no comparison.

Wrestling is tough, but in MMA you get to rest as well. Usually both get tired because you both work at the same rate more or less. There comes a rest point.

Watch the MMA guys box and see how tired they get.

          guys just stop already.

Wrestling is some of the hardest conditioning training ever. I have wrestled in highschool as well, and the training we did was hell.

Boxing training is more aerobic you just need to have good stamina and punching endurance.

Lets see you try to lift 150 pounds 10 times and than toss a heavy 150 pound bag 10 times and than do burpees for 1 minute non stop, than hit the punching bag for 1 minute non stop, than going on an aerodyme for 30 seconds non stop, than lifting a heavy kettbell swings for 30 seconds non stop, and than burpees, and than punching, and than lifting a 150 pound dummy bag.

Its tougher than boxing training because you incorporate heavy lifts with endurance training such as punching and running.

You can tell that Tim has never done these exercises before and this guy does them all the time. I'd look like less than stellar doing something for the first time as would most people.

To work on core stability I guess. Seems a bit extreme alright. There are probably safer ways to do it.

                  Way unnecessary imo.

A clean and press alone works your core, using a balancing ball just makes it awkward and can **** up your form.

Absolutely ******ed and pointless. There are much safer ways to work your core/balance. Thats an injury just waiting to happen, **** in the video he busted his asss trying to jump on it.

I'm a former boxer, love boxing. I think it's an art but some of you fan boys are ridiculous and have no clue what you are saying.

Try wrestling for 3 minutes and see how you last. I wrestled a ju jitsu guy about a year ago and I was spent after 2 minutes.

Wrestling takes your entire body, boxing does not.
