What about them? We all know what happened with the Pacquiao bout. Margarito and P-Will were never great, deal with it, they're resume's are very subpar, and neither of them were a big money fight. The Cotto fight did not happen because Cotto himself said that he was not ready for a Floyd fight in the past (check 2012 ESPN interview). It's common knowledge that Floyd continuously asked for Tszyu and Mosley fights spanning from 1999-2006, and they both refused. And you're seriously bringing up Freitas and Casamayor? Seriously?

Robert Guerrero is 10 times the fighter Margarito is. Robert factors in skill and ring IQ, something that Marg and P-Will did not. He jumped through weight classes and made a name for himself beating guy's for their titles, moved up to 147, took out a champ in Aydin. Ortiz on the other hand was an explosive young fighter who took out the champion in Berto for his title. P-Will was too busy avenging his loss to a fighter like Quintana. Margarito was still fighting....nobody's.
