They all said the same $h!t before he stepped in the ring with Trinidad, Tarver, Pavlik, Pascal, and Cloud and look at what he was able to do to them. They all packed more power than Hopkins and they all left the ring as damaged goods. Would it be any different with the next guy (Kovalev), or the next guy and so on. When fighting Hopkins, relying on your power to carry you is one of the biggest mistakes you could ever make.
