    AIBA the worst ever, they better watch out for the health of the boxers instead of the shows and money. Even a seasoned amateur will get smashed to pieces by for example Andre Ward let alone some amateur boxers that come from countries that don't have that much experience in the sport.

    Instead of trying to help out boxers to improve them skills and experience, they want them to get punched to death.

      Even if pros were allowed in the amatuers, what pro boxer would actually participate? That'd be boxing political suicide, a lose-lose situation, and something they'd never be able to live down.

      You might get your club fighters, bottom feeders, and Audley Harrisons that compete in these amateur fights, but these guys wouldn't steamroll the competition.
