Hopefully it turns to nothing more than a missing complaint... This is controversial, but I don't believe anyone should go to jail, except for rapist, child ******ors, serial killers etc.

So multiple offenders shouldn't get jail time? Maybe we should just smack them in the head and say "no!" Actually maybe not. Kirkland would probably go down for an 8 count...**** for brains.

Saw Kirkland in Vegas for the Floyd-Ghost fight and he seriously was so cool and down to Earth. He looked in good shape, good spirits, and seemed really matured. Was very open and took pics with us. So sad to see this. You can tell he's a good guy who is just in the wrong environment

Come on, Hes been arrested like a dozen times. Hes a grown man who should take responsibility for HIS actions.
