            I don't know, Mares looked pretty solid at 126.. I gotta admit I had my doubts about this kid, but he definitely won me over after that performance against De Leon. I'd definitely be rooting for him against any of the mentioned fighters.. Except maybe Rigo, I don't think I could pick a side in that one.

                Will not be impressed by mares until he beats a guy worth talkin about garcia or rigo is what mares needs to earn respect there are a few names around this weight who needa fight already.

                    People need to start showing Mares a lil respect. Pick whoever you like over him. Fact is to start this day he beat them all. I'm not gonna lie, I'm happy Mares and Mikey are promoted by rival promoters. I'd be a torn man if the actually signed to fight.

                            Mikey Garcia-Abner Mares would be a dream fight. I think Mikey would be too much for Abner though. Mikey was not able to make 126 and Abner is a newcomer to the division. Mares does relish the underdog status so it would be a war for sure.

                                        We know the fight isn't going to happen. Golden Boy and Top Rank's girlish piss fight they're having isn't going to end any time soon.

                                        Lets just hope Rocky Martinez/ Mickey Garcia gets signed soon.

                                        And as for Mares I would hope GB also takes a trip to Asia but goes after Chris John. Time to dethrone him is now.
