True, nothing can diminish his legacy at this point.

Exactly, look at Roy Jones. He's overstayed his exit for sure, but his legacy, for good or bad, has not been changed.

Even a slightly out of prime ATG should be able to outbox Rios no problem. If he is out of his prime then he shouldn't get involved in a toe to toe kind of fight and instead use his boxing ability. If he does that and loses then I think it would show his boxing ability wasn't that great to begin with and if he went toe to toe and lost it would show he is really out of his prime so it would depend how he lost. This is of course hypothetical and I am 100% confident that Pacquaio is still close to his best and will easily beat bum bum.

Pac's legacy is fine and as it stands, better than floyd's. legacy is based on what you did do, not what you didn't. Unfortunately floyd he avoided too many risks. Thats why he will never have that type of raw legacy such as Leonard, who despite few losses and less fights, has the better legacy... By fighting the best.

Manny always fights the best, the same cant be said about floyd, and its clear for everyone now that its floyd that wanted none of manny.

Lets make no mistake, pac looked beastly last time out and was seriously messing up marquez until he got careless...

You contradict yourself in back to back sentences. Also Floyd is the favorite in every fight that you say he avoided. Even at that time, so it's the same as always.... he'll lose then its a cherry pick when he dominates. He could've avoided no one and it'd be the same outcome. As far as legacy goes I think floyd is ranked just slightly higher than pac on most lists which is fair, seeing as of this era theyre seen as #1/#2 respectively. I just wish they'd have fought back when =x

It has a negative impact on his legacy obviously other fighters are capable of coming back after a heavy loss PAC has show incredible skills in previous fugrbts though and should have no problem with rios
