doesn't affect his legacy..just shows the marquez KO and all the fights he's been through took a lot out of him and it's time to hang up his gloves..all legends go through a point in their career where they have to consider retirement.

Well there are factors. Do you think he's a drug cheat? Have you always thought he had no skill and was a face first puncher? Do you think mostly negative of Pacquiao? And lastly, if you answered any of those questions yes, do you think his "legacy" (which some tarnish already) will be effected at the tail end of his exciting career?

Anyways, I think it wouldn't effect his legacy much as it letting him know his time in the sport could be closing.

Either way, no way bum bum Rios gets past any version of Manny.

Has almost no chance of happening unless Pacquiao had his brain literally turned to mush by that big KO.

I don't think it affects his legacy. Everyone knows what a prime - or even non-prime - Manny would do to a guy like Rios. Rios winning would say more about Pacquiao's state than it would about Rios.

That said, I'm expecting Rios to get shattered.

Pacquiao will probably not be the same after that ko

i think Rios is winning this fight

but if its the same ol Manny he stops Rios in 5

Pacquiao legacy wont be damage much cause it will be a post devastating ko loss

Taints his legacy, but he wasn't going to, for example, surpass Floyd or anything anyway, it's still a commendable fight though.

I think it would mean that Marquez really did some serious damage.

I can't see Pacquiao losing to Rios.

It would do nothing to his legacy. A past-prime loss or losses should never affect a fighter's legacy. See: Sugar Ray Robinson, Ezzard Charles, Muhammad Ali, Roberto Duran, Roy Jones, etc, etc.

Nothing, really. His legacy is set in stone.

It would not affect his legacy at all. It only says he has reached the end of his career. It happens to all fighters.
