Implying Cotto, Clottey and Margarito aren't 'legit' opponents. You realize Floyd hyped up Cotto as a great fighter and that's why he chose to fight him after Pacquaio.

Cotto I agree with, more legit for Manny than for Floyd if anything, but Clottey?? and Margarito was hand picked for him.

Canelo has as much Ring IQ as did Guerrero, and you saw what happened. Outside of Floyd Mayweather, Juan Manual Marquez is arguably the next boxer with the highest ring smarts, and we saw what happened there. Canelo's advantage is just size/power.

And the interesting thing is that, Guerrero had more advantages coming into the fight than Canelo. With the greatest advantage being that Guerrero is a southpaw. Canelo doesn't even have that advantage. It'll be a long night.

Sorry to disagree with you on that, but being a southpaw doesn't give you anything solid against Floyd, Straight rights is all you gonna eat as a southpaw, De la Hoya, Hatton, Castillo and Cotto were the guys who gave Floyd at least a competitive match, and neither of those were southpaw. or at least that's what I remember, correct me if I'm wrong.

Also Canelo's more athletic and flexible than Guerrero, Guerrero's jab is very bad, Canelo was able to outjab Trout, and Trout's workjab is no joke, he is slow as hell ( Canelo punches faster than Guerrero even thou he's a bigger man), Canelo punches harder than Guerrero, and the best factor, Canelo's smarter than Guerrero, don't get me wrong, Guerrero is a top fighter but he ain't at Canelo's level by any mean at all.

Canelo has already gotten on my nerves with his bull****, he's talking **** like he didn't need a weight advantage to fight Floyd, Canelo will be afraid to fight Floyd if there was no weight advantage for himself. Canelo acts like a coward-period.

Don't you find it odd that the guys you said Floyd was avoiding have all been KO'ed in pretty dramatic and spectacular fashion?

I know Canelo CAN win, but the question is will the judges/Haymon/CBS allow it?

Floyd's style can be beaten but you have to throw combinations the entire fight. Thats why he ducked every volume puncher that he came across. (Margarito, Paul Williams, Pacquiao)

Oscar laided out the gameplan in a interview and Castillo already proved it.

If Canelo's camp is saying the only intelligent fighters that FLOYD has fought were MARQUEZ and DLH, please tell me who Canelo has fought to be prepared for an intelligent fighter like FLOYD. I mean for Canelo to be undefeated that's cool but when you look at who he has beat to remain undefeated it doesn't say much. I'm not trying to make fun of the guy but the fact is he has beat up mainly on AVERAGE 140 and 147 pounders excluding TROUT. People fall into the hype but when you look at Canelo's body of work without being bias, you truly know he's in trouble no matter his size the night of the fight.

titere vazquez twice... canelo was 16 and 17 and titere was 3 or 4 years older, the puppeteer already with the style that doesnt make look good anybody... he was the favorite and for a reason they force canelo to a rematch and even on the rematch canelo won... people thinks they know canelo style just because of his last 4 fights, go ask trout that was expecting a diferent canelo...

Did we forget some here. Alvarez has fought old guys from 135, 140 and 147. Please give it break on Marquez. People forget, Marquez call out Floyd not the other way around. You mean Miguel Cotto call out Alvarez? Lmbo than almost got iced in the first round I believe.
