Weight thing sounds fishy but why so many jumping on GBP. Maybe it was team Angulo and shame on Lara for not verifying this was true. I dont know what it was or if its even true but he should have made sure instead of complaining after

Good read,I agree with Lara on many points..
1st,Why would Richard say bad things about a fighter he promotes??That does not make sense at all to me..It does answer some questions to why so many shady things were taking place during this fight..Sounds like they wanted Angulo to win because he's more marketable..That's not what boxing is about,and if it has any truth to it,shame on GBP(or whoever was behind it)..
2end,I don't know why Angulo was so quick to say he was dumb and trying to take credit away from Lara for showing a lot of heart and fighting through adversity..I think Angulo deserves respect,I don't blame him for stopping the fight(it was a bad injury)..Why take anything away from Lara tho??This was not respectable and does make Angulo look a lil bad imo..
3rd,I really don't want to see a rematch,I would not mind seeing Lara fight Kirkland Cotto or Trout tbh..Those fights make a lot of sense and Lara is deserving of a crack at anyone of the names mention..Comment

Theres no need to rematch if its not in their contract but a match down the road might be a good money bout! I think Trout is the perfect opponent to have a solid fight with, both looking to prove their value! Impressive interview!

This is a great point that makes me doubt about the veracity of everything Lara says. Even if Lara is so naive to believe "someone" whose name he doesn't disclose (maybe because it's not true), then one team Lara's member with some pro experience could have questioned that it was not in the contract (I am even granting that Lara with 20 pro fights is still a very gullible guy but he has at least 2-3 more persons in his team). This rehydration issue could be a serious accusation if indeed it was true but I imagine Lara is just pissed with GBP (especially after Schaffer comments) and Lara brought the ring side (choice of other fighters in the main event), the water restricition (bizarre and probably a lie) and now this rehydration command without the name of whom ordered, as a way to express his displeasure.Comment

So now Lara is scared??Come on bro you have got to be kidding right??Lara is a professional fighter(key word is professional)not some street fighter bro..He has a right to try to make more of a name for himself by fighting other fighters within the div..Angulo lost fair and square bro,no need for Lara to be force to fight Angulo again..Let both fighters move on,and if it's meant to be,they will see each other again..Comment
