Boxing News 24 March 2012: "Now that the Pacquiao camp has finally agreed to the testing that Mayweather requires of any fighter he faces, what conceivable reason would he have not to participate in a fight which would, at the age of 35, earn him far more money than he could ever earn fighting anyone else".

Because they got past the testing demands and agreed. Damn, you missed a lot of news being in a Coma. And FYI - Floyd DEMANDED the lower weight. Canelo never agreed to a lower weight in negotiations but Floyd made the demand. And Genius, did you forget the part about Floyd saying "I want a fighter Comfortable at their weight, as far as I'm concerned, Cotto is still unbeaten". Which means, so will Canelo be according to Floyd's own statements. You missed a lot while in a Coma. I get that.
By that time the train has long been gone.....but now Pac the P.U.S.S.Y is demanding it against Rios...so you would probably say if Rios denied testing until 2016 then you would say Rios ducked Pac cuz he didn't wanna agree to random testing...same thing can be said about Pac vs Floyd then

Daily Mail .ca.uk September 2012: "Pacquiao also insisted he would have no problem undergoing random blood and urine tests in the build-up to the fight, something Mayweather has always insisted on and which had previously been one of the near countless stumbling blocks delaying a deal."

They actually give Pac more credit for fighting Rios than Mayweather for fighting Alvarez.
PACTERRRRD Nation reminds me of an ex-girlfriend who hates on your new girlfriend no matter how much better the new chick looks. Pacnerds are catty BYTCHES that all need emergency VAGISIL treatments.

I'll tell you like I told the last p.u.s.sy, Wow it takes Manny 3 years to finally agree to random drug testing, by that time the train is long gone, conditions change, Floyd offered him 40 mil, Manny refused (2013)
Now tell me what would you say about Rios if he denied wanting to participate in the random drug testing that Manny requested? .........
You would call Rios a ducker, or say he's hiding something, or he's just scared to fight Manny.....................so all those same things about Rios could of been said about Pac back then

You would think facts like Pacquiao FAILING to outclass Tim Bradley and getting knocked unconscious by a "BLOWN UP LIGHTWEIGHT" Marquez would be enough to stop the May ducked Pac talk... but NO... they go on and on, year after year, crying like newborns about the same tired topic over and over again.
It never stops like an untreated yeast infection.
Mayweather was/is/and always will be.... BETTER!
Eat it Pacnerds and move on.
