Do the morons who keep quoting 350k PPV numbers of the Pac Rios bout not realise that this was factored in and the Venetian Macau paid a huge fee to stage the fight there for casino high rollers??

The PPV numbers of Pac Rios are said to be 350k to 500k depending on the source, I would guess it was above expectations especially as this was a comeback fight with a weak b-side in Rios.

Anyway I feel that boxing is really picking up some steam as a sport even with these TR vs GBP and HBO vs Showtime issues. We can only hope that a fighter or two will have the balls to demand to fight for unification or other top contenders.

P.s. GGG is god and he will fight anyone, 160 division is shook.

To be honest, one of the two dying would be for the best of boxing. We'd never have a Mayweather - Pacquiao situation again.

Another tard pulling spin on the 350k. Almost as bad as the idiot who posted below that it wasn't meant to be a success as the excuse why it flopped.

        No publicity.

Glorified ass whooping. Was never meant to be a PPV success.

The names will change but we will get the same situations

I heard Hoya has been trying to make peace with Arum. Not to mention the GBP rift, due to financial loses, has been all over the net for some time now.

Top Rank has, what you might call, a geographically diversified portfolio of talent.

                    Alexander Gvoz*** of Ukraine
                    Zou Shiming of China
                    Vasyl Lomachenko of Ukraine
                    Ryoto Murata of Japan
                    Egor Mekhontcev of Russia
                    Esquiva Falco of Brazil
Jose Ramirez of the United States
                    Felix Verdejo of Puerto Rico
                    Oscar Valdez of Mexico

Not sure it's something to laugh at derisively, though...seems pretty intelligent.
