Why Dehydration / Weight Draining Is Bad For Boxers. We Simply Need Water!

There's a reason why a lot of boxers quickly drink after a weigh in. Some survive on little food and water for days before a weigh in. Most have to run in a sweat suit.

Looking at this picture, it sort of hints how important water is to our bodies. There must be a point that when you go so low at a weigh in, your body simply can not recover fast enough for a World title fight!

There are ways to cut safely but you have to know when your body can't handle it and move up.

I don't think anyone who has actually trained and/or fought reads your fanboy idiocy and thinks "we" in any regards.

There are ways, but there's a fine line between being able to perform and also taking a shot better.
