I'd have to give the edge to Khan. I think a big factor in the first fight was Maidana's lack of speed and I don't think hes any faster than he was then. Khan could see everything coming and was able to take a lot of sting out of Maidana's heavy hands.

i always thought maidana earned a rematch with his performance in the first fight. all he needs is some minor adjustments and a bit of luck and he wins by knock out.

The referee will be a big factor. If it is Cortez I think Khan would get a points win. If the ref does not protect Khan I think he gets KOd. It is a toss up fight.

I think Maidana would always have a shot at Knocking Khan out or stopping him. Styles make fights and Maidana has the style and Power to hurt Khan at any point in the fight.

Now that Maidana actually uses the Jab more, he might catch Khan with better shots that in the first encounter they had. I would like to see this rematch if Maidana beats Lopez and maybe someone else in September and if Khan beats Devon.

maidana vs Khna 2014 for the IBF title.

I think Khan would win wider than what happened the first time. If he had not wanted to prove his chin in the first fight, he would have cruised to a UD. Instead he chose to engage, and even then, Maidana didn't drop him. Khan dropped Maidana hard though - all the power to him for getting up from that body shot.

                Khan UD.

Khan didn't let maidana hurt him in the 10th and he didn't exchange in the Maidana fight like he did in the Garcia fight. (in the middle of the ****ing ring at times, if he did he would have got sparked out IMO)

Khan didn't respect Garcia's power like he did maidana and we saw what happened.

In the Maidana fight Khan was on his bike for the majority., and holding and turning his back whenever Maidana was close to him. terrible referring by Cortez.

Khan got hit with an overhand right while he was backing up attempting to box, I know your better than that man but you can't be serious with the bolded.
