                    DeGale is an Olympic gold medallist, that goes a long way in the UK in terms of name recognition. He's also fighting on Channel 5, the only terrestrial TV channel still showing boxing (they also show Fury).

                    Financially, this fight would probably do better than some of Froch's other options like Oosthuizen and Stieglitz.

                            Well, you claimed that DeGale's opposition has been "better than anyone Groves has faced". That's the ONLY laughable post in this thread.
