    Sportscenter's coverage of boxing?

I know it's 99.9% non-existent, but do they even mention fights on Sportscenter like the Matthysse KO over Peterson, or Garcia/Judah, Froch/Kessler, etc

Did those fights even get one second on Sportscenter or were they completely ignored?

Nope, no coverage at all. The PPV's only get a quick mention and by PPV I mean Pacquiao and Floyd only and it's usually towards the end.

What's weird is UFC PPVs and even UFC on FOX gets a small segment on SportsCenter.

I thought HBO had a partnership with ESPN and they still don't even do segments of HBO title fights, it's crazy.

The only thing I even noticed with this was the Pacquiao-Marquez 4 replay on ESPN and the better highlights immediately following the fight, instead of the gay ass packaged ones they always showed. Other than that, no difference.

They only cover it and cut promos on ESPN radio.

And don't they have a 30 minute MMA show on ESPN too? Why can't they have a boxing show on Friday before or after FNF? They have a soccer one on ESPNEWS late at night and a NASCAR one, but no boxing. I don't get ESPN.

That being said, they are gonna be all over Floyd-Canelo.

Mayweather Canelo is getting a LOT of mentions on sportscenter and other espn shows.... otherwise its almost non existant, they showed sergio vs chavez ending and may and pac results but otherwise not really.

Exactly the reason I don't watch Sportscenter. Let these "sports fans" have their fun watching grown men do cute little dances and celebrate like they just saved Earth from an asteroid every time they put a ball through a hoop or run down a field a few yards and get tackled. That's all them.
