What Ray did against Lalonde is pretty much disgusting and an insult to boxing so yes I don't expect him to say anything negative regarding this catch weight fight involving Mayweather.

I like Margarito but I'm sure you are wrong on this. Margarito was a good, tough fighter with great stamina, a good chin and good power. He was not fast and he was easy to hit. He was not an all time great and Leonard was an all time great with few weaknesses. Leonard was never even knocked down as a welterweight and he fought Hearns who was a machine who hit much harder with more speed and accuracy than Margarito. Leonard had a good defense, great hand speed, and combinations and good power. He had great stamina as well. There is just no way Margarito could beat him in my opinion. He would have handled Margarito the way Pacquiao did.

Yea and then Leonard came back and took Duran to school.

My take on the 2lbs is this, I think Mayweather has the right to take any advantage he can, I get that and it's boxing.

I just think the 2 pounds is a little bit of a *** move and he beat Cotto at 154 and should fight Canelo at the same weight. In the long run though, it won't make much of a difference if Canelo can make the weight in a healthy manner which I think while it may take extra work, he can do it.

You never want a fighter rehydrating a ton of weight but Canelo already rehydrates a ton of weight anyway.

That wasn't a "schooling." It was a fight Leonard was winning, but Duran wasn't getting wiped out or dominated.

He didn't exactly whoop his ass. It was a pretty close fight.

It was a schooling because Leonard was able to come back against this beast, change his game plan, fight with intelligence and made Duran quit.

I bet you seen it on replays only hu?

Duran quit, that was the definition of schooling.
