LA is a great city regardless I'm sure it will do well there. I rather this fight be in Vegas.

By putting this event on the east coast you will attract EVERY fanbase not just Mexicans or Argentinians or Blacks or PRs.

You have a point. I still think there are plenty of fight fans in LA that would pack the stands for a card like this. But you're right, the East coast would get more butts in the seat.

If I'm the execs at the Barclays center I'm telling GBP they best put that in our house.

I cant imagine they allowed fights like Garcia/morales 2, the bhop fight, just to watch GBP take a fight like Garcia/Matthysse somewhere else. GBP already ruined there relationship with HBO, they probably shouodnt start pissing off there venues too.

I think Peterson vs Judah is going to moved to a later date if this is true. Abner is probably gonna be the co-main.

This is a fight the people wanna see, it's going to do a good attendance in LA.

For only those Puerto Ricans complaining about Mexicans not liking Danny by rooting for Lucus to knock him out, man you Ricans do the same crap always rooting against mexicans like Canelo and a whole lot of others. I for one I like Danny he seams like a cool person, but can't stand his dad for crap!.

Why can't Garcia get a hometown fight in Philly? He is the champion and the Judah fight helped him become a bigger draw. I think he has the leverage to force it and I doubt Lucas is scared to fight him anywhere.
Hope this fight is locked down soon, would be a great way to get people ready for Canelo/Mayweather the following weekend.

I read Barclays is already booked for something else for that date. There's still MSG tho. And the Boardwalk Hall and the Verizon center.

No doubt it will do good but there's also no doubt it wont do as good as if you had it on the east coast.
