Arum is taking Pacquiao there so that's a big thing, he's maybe the biggest Asian sports star.

It works out for everyone. The average Chinese cares only about Shiming, but Pac will be their first exposure to big time, hella exciting boxing. And Macau gets a huge prestige bump and a global stage having Pac there. Pac gets a cut of Shiming's China PPV, which should only keep going up.
