    Who had the best footwork?

What do you guys think? I think prime Ali had the best footwork in history, the close second would be Pernell Whitaker. What's your opinion?

SRL had some good footwork, but when Floyd fought Ghost, I dont think I can ever remember a time when he was that lightfooted. It looked like when he fought Genero Hernandez, except a little more lightfooted. That 2nd and 3rd round was symbolic. When Ghost threw a shot, Floyd flew across the ring like a little baby. My friend said, "Man that little dude is fast" Basically skating. I think its out of him, and SRL when he fought the rematch with Duran.

if you consider his size and the distance he covered it is muhammad ali. nobody really comes close, frankly. his foot speed and balance was out of this f#cking world, and he was 6'4" with long ass legs.

i'll go so far as to say he has the best footwork of any athlete i've ever seen. after his layoff his legs were never quite the same.

muhammad ali in the mid 60's. easy.

this should be a thread about the second best footwork of all time.

Gotta agree with this, and in my lifetime I would say Sugar Ray Leonard would be next.
