Comments Thread For: Arum: Manny Pacquiao May Never Fight in The U.S Again

According to Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, former eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao may never fight in the United States again - if the upcoming HBO pay-per-view is a smashing financial success for the boxer. Pacquiao's November 23rd clash with Brandon Rios in Macau, China is saving the boxer millions of dollars because he avoid the high United States tax rate.

It'll be interesting to see how the business end of this event works out. 40% is way too high so I don't blame Pacquiao.

40% Is Crazy High,As long as Pacquiao Is fighting, may not be here in the states anymore, but at least he's fighting somewhere.

        "40% for foreign fighters".

What is it for domestic fighters?

It's too bad they couldn't get some type of PPV offered on Chinese TV, not just cellphones & tablets (I assume this means regular PC's as well).

This is why all the big companies are shipping jobs overseas

          These taxes are absurd

This $5 for cell phone or tablet could be the wave of the future

I would just hook up my tablet to my tv

So since Arum and his scumbag Top Rank assiociates ripped Manny off for so many years here in the US, Pacquiao decides he's doesn't want fight in the US no more so he can save $$$

For all you Pacquiao fans if your boy Manny never fights in the US again, I'm glad Marquez knock him the **** out. **** Manny's broke ass then
