I think Clev could outpoint Froch at 175lb. Clev has a rock hard chin, is quick, and is hard to take rounds off. He would be much bigger than Carl at the weight too, considering how Carl makes 168lb well.

At 168lb Clev would look dead. His body is so big i don't know how he makes 175lb. He's spoken about moving up divisions in the future. I don't see how he can make 168lb and be a viable championship boxer.

The one thing about Frochy, he s always been a horrible minded little t wat and he s got some limelight, he s started to disrespect other British greats..

If that is in fact the case why would Froch say anything disrespectful about Cleverly?

I suppose I can see the logic as he has just as many quality wins at 168 as he does at 175...

All Cleverley does is talk. He has been bringing up Hopkins' name for about 2 years now and still not made a solid offer. Warren wouldn't let this fight happen unless it was at 175 and he was promoting and able to pick the ref and judges.

Saying you want to fight Froch because he rates himself above Ricky Hatton is pretty strange.

Im not saying it was a duck or Froch was afraid cos god knows I prefer Froch to Cleverley. But they made the offer and Froch's camp declined.

If boxing was about what one says one will do then Clev would be king of the world p4p. But buts about what you do in the ring, which roch and Bernard do in spades, whilst Clev slaps at unknowns who cant box.
