First off, 'dwarves' is perfectly acceptable. You'll find it listed in reputable dictionary sites. Secondly, you don't need to tell me what is customary around here as I've been here longer than you.

Dwarves have disproportionately short arms and normal sized heads. They may, in fact, be better suited to boxing than you or I. There would be less brain damage in dwarf boxing because they wouldn't be able to snap each other's normal-sized heads back with their little arms. They won't be able to generate the force to do it.

What makes this fight compelling is the lack of reach. This will have to be a brawl, because they won't be able to keep it at range. However, there is a high likelihood of the fight being stopped on a cut.

Some people are just naturally ungrateful and can only ever see the negative in anything. I don't think they can help it though, so I try to be patient with them.
