    Interesting
    Before accepting the 152.

Shouldn't be a big deal for Canelo to drop those 2 extra lbs I suppose.

It's not that big a deal to Canelo or his team so I don't see why fans have got to ***** & moan.

I'm just glad this fight has been made as I never expected it.

    Respect to all parties involved.

(in this case 152)

      this is simple negotiating tactics.

you guys have takin this weight thing way too far. to hilarious proportions.........

Great fight! I like the catchweight. Im happy floyd is showing some balls to take a fight with a young hungry kid on some big wins.

I feel Canelo has the slipping head movement and footwork to catch floyd. On the same token floyd has the ability to make canelo miss. I dont see Canelo getting KOed but Floyd could win a decision. I can see Canelo hurting FLoyd if he gets caught. Canelo should wait for bombs in the later rounds and try to slow down floyds footwork with cutting the ring off and body work on the slips and bons early cause if Canelo catches Floyd off the bat we can pretty much see a running fest.

In a running fest nobody wins but Floyd. The fans lose the most out of that one

And then we will nail their ass when they do by reminding them of the Floyd-Marquez fight. That put themselves into a Catch-22. Yesterday was a beautiful day watching them self-destruct.

Why do two 154 pound titlists have to negotiate a weight?

Are you just plain ******?? The Catchweight blame goes to the guy who placed the STIPULATION on the lower weight, not the back and forth crap. We are not talking about a settled weight. We are talking about WHO is to blame in making a Catchweight stipulation!!! There would be NO counter-offer if Floyd had not demanded a Catchweight to begin with. Thats why PAC, NOT Cotto was being called the Catchweight King by the current Hypocrites, DUH! Get it? Got it? GOOD!

because he's the lineal ww champ and has never weighed more than 150 when he won the JMW belt.
