  • Comments Thread For: Chisora: Scott Tougher Than Wilder, But I'll Beat Him Up

Dereck Chisora insists unbeaten American Malik Scott will prove a more dangerous opponent than Deontay Wilder, comparing them as a "Rolls Royce and Reliant Robin".

The heavyweight rivals meet at Wembley Arena on July 20 after Wilder, who overwhelmed Audley Harrison in one minute 10 seconds last month, withdrew from the original date on June 15 following his arrest for domestic violence.

Another American with an unblemished record has been found as a replacement and Chisora views Scott, whose record reads 36 wins and one draw, as a more formidable adversary.

"I wasn't that disappointed when Wilder pulled out. The show must go on. This guy Scott is a very good fighter - very good around the ring," he said. [Click Here To Read More]

I'm actually surprised they acknowledge Scott is the better fighter.

Warren and Chisora have done such a poor job selecting opponents that I wonder if they actually believe it.

I would favor Scott to take Wilder out inside of 3 rounds.

Nobody should ever be compared to a reliant robin.

I have no idea what that is, but my educated guess would be that it's some sissy car that can be tipped over by a single fully grown man.

lol. When I was in college one of the guys in my dorm had this tiny little car and he was a complete c*nt.

Me and another guy waited till he parked next to a handicap spot one night and we picked up his car and moved it into the cripple spot.

It was towed by the morning.

About 10 years ago I thought Scott was going to be a star in the division but his career didn't really go anywhere.

Since his return (anyone know why he was off for 3+ years?) he's fought better than ever.

I'd have him favourite of Del Boy.

I am pretty sure he alluded to just being burnt out and needing a break from injuries before he fought Glazkov. I could be wrong.
