His chin is the only reason he is even in the ring, the sport or even being discussed. He should have 2 more losses to Dirrell and Taylor. He lost 11.5 rounds to Taylor before he caught him. I really cannot stand Froch, he is the absolute worst example of a nonstop idiot running mouth that has nothing to back it up. When in doubt, Froch makes sure his fights are in the UK and he wants Ward there so bad so he can just be aggressive and get a total BS decision. The more he opens his idiot mouth the more I want his jaw broken.
You have never watched that fight, have you?

I've watched it numerous times. If Taylor stays on his feet, he wins the fight. What does that tell you about how Froch performed?

Go back to the kessler two fight when max asked bout ward the look on his face and attitude changed from winner to loser real quick,he knows ward is better and he can not beat him on his best day.
For a man whos talkin alot of legacy this legacy that hes duckin the main fight the only fight that will put him in the convo of a fighter who truely has a legacy!

Well, its not. Sky TV certainly won't back a Hopkins fight. No one wants to see Carl beat up an old man.

Cleverly is little known, and is part of Warren's stable. The Groves fight is already the bigger fight.

How can you duck someone you've already fought?

              I didn't watch Alexander-Bradley; it was probably a snooze-fest.

The logic of some NSB posters really is questionable. Froch has 2, maybe 3, fights left. He needs to maximize his earnings. He wants to fight Ward, sure; but not next. It makes commercial sense to have the trilogy with Kessler, or a domestic dust-up with Groves (or maybe, if they push the fight hard enough, Cleverly).

To those who say Froch-Ward should be at Wembley Stadium - do you know how large that venue is? There's no way Froch fills 80,000 seats fighting a guy who is little supported outside of his hometown.

It's as if by constantly referencing Ward's supposed ugly and unappealing style of boxing, that he's attempting to convince his English fanbase - many of whom are casuals with no more than a passing interest in the sport - that it's a fight not worth demanding. But by bringing up Ward's name all the time, he can still save face and at least look like he has some interest in fighting Ward again.

Froch can finish his career off with a couple of winnable fights and then always claim that he lost a close decision (which he's still claiming it was) to one of the best in the sport, who also happened to cheat, con and spoil his way to victory (a description that doesn't even come close to resembling how Ward actually did beat him.)

Does he actually say 'Ward is a horrible fight' in this article?

They should just get the fight made or move on. Despite what many say this fight will sell, maybe not as much as a 3rd Kessler fight, but it will sell.

Froch wouldn't beat Ward or a 48 year old Hopkins. His best bet is to continue waging wars with a shot to **** Kessler.
