Let's be honest, a Ward fight is a money fight, the UK fans know well who he is. The same can be said for Hopkins and Kessler. The only difference is that Kessler provides an exciting fight. It's up to Froch basically.

I don't really see a huge amount of other options right now if Kessler retires etc.

He doesn't want Hopkins or Ward and Groves DeGale etc still too wet behind the ears.

Froch said it - come to SMW. Cleverly's accepted - over to you Carl?

Everyone's favorite "warrior" straight up DUCKING. He's also speaking out of his ass. No one knows Froch outside England. He's not a draw star. Chavez jr is a star.

Oh wait, since he seems to do no wrong, its all Ward's fault that Andres is too skilled, too talented, too smart to lose to Froch.

The only chance is Ward going to England and potentially get robbed, which many of you would be fine with, it seems.

Once a boxers enters the "warrior" status amongst fans, he can do no wrong, right?

Its become absurd that "boring" is code word for a boxer being better than you.

Something above. He's the guy that handled both "warriors" Froch and Kessler

              He's S.O.G.

"I'm not interested in Carl moving up," Hearn added. "Carl gets in the ring at 12-4. A light-heavyweight could be 13-5 or up to 14 stone, leaving Carl at a massive disadvantage. Fighters like [Bernard] Hopkins are just too big."

                  http://www.espn.co.uk/boxing/sport/story/209718.html

Firstly, Eddie - Hopkins is willing to do a catchweight, secondly if you are going to go around calling yourself better than Joe how can you then cower away from the main thing that Joe holds over Carl in legacy?

Ridiculous. I also said he wouldn't rematch Ward and that is now becoming v apparent. I know full well that he wants no part of Cleverly.

Froch doesn't want to do it at LHW ok. Cleverly's offering not only a catchweight but to come to SMW, so lets see if Froch will do that.

He's talking fighting other domestic champions like Groves and DeGale, well Cleverly is holding a strap right now. You could probably do Millenium Stadium for a British showdown like that.

There's 2 fights I said I'm certain Froch won't take and that's Hopkins and Ward.

Looks like I'm being proved right. One fight I'm very doubtful he'll take is Cleverly but Ill wait and see what Froch says about Cleverly offering to come to SMW.

Froch said he'd do it if Cleverly came to SMW, so there are no excuses left.

He most certainly can't use the 'Cleverly isn't exciting enough' anyway.
They aren't money fights. It's simple.

Cleverly is a nobody. Kessler is still the money fight, then Groves.

What do you want? They've fought before, so its not a duck.

Carl knows Ward is a stylistic nightmare. Its that simple. He'll chase the money in the UK, fighting in front of 50,000 people, whilst Ward sells c.4,000 tickets in his hometown.

And Carl is a warrior; he didn't butt/clinch Kessler into submission. He stood and traded with him.

He's a warrior, and has a brain, too. He can make more fighting Groves or Kessler.

People need to watch Froch/Ward 1. It was not boring it was an easy beat down from Ward. Maybe the first 3 rounds were slow but after that Ward made Froch look like an amateur, that's why no rematch.
