someone on youtube was lookin for this info today. I highly HIGHLY doubt that you would see a contract (how often do we see signed contracts up close?). It could be a non disclosure agreement as well. Not saying he did tho but to play devils advocate here for a min:
I believe roger mayweather said hatton could only hydrate 5lbs (so they say)
A boxing trainer ( i believe he is a mma trainer now or something) Ron Frazier also stated this in an interview before.

kinda long but he mentions pac and rehydration clauses
and since the ODL fight they have not announced any of pacs fight night weights for cotto, clottey, margo, or mosley.
obviously rehydration clauses exists or they wouldnt be mentioned so much. i.e the ibf has a 10lb rehydration clause for title fights. If there was one, i dont think it was used in the odlh fight. Odlh messed himself up on that one.

its not that hard to get a contract from the NSAC, they will show if their was a rehydration clause or not because the commission must approve that or the sanctioning body. Some sanctioning bodies do not allow a fighter to go over 10 pounds rehydration on fight night, but this rehydration clause claiming Cotto, hatton, oscar were not allowed to weigh more than they weighed at weigh in his all lies to discredit Pacman, these idiots don't like negativity thrown at floyd so they make up lies to hurl at pacman to hate and tarnish his wins.
Ron Frazier is Pacquiao hater man. Roger Mayweather heard that crap from some idiots making up stories, just like he heard some filipino guy tell him about A side meth. So you going to take that for their word?
And if he was going to have a rehydration clause why would they allow the guy who would benefit the most with his size to rehydrate to 170 on fight night, Antonio Margarito? wouldn't they put a clause on him since he would rely mainly on his size and pressure to beat the small Pacman?Last edited by hectari; 05-30-2013, 08:03 PM.

oh not to mention. Cotto asked one of Margo...(i wonder where he got the idea from?)
aannnnnd last but not least Pac tried to impose one on Sergio Martinez to which Sergio promptly said "**** off"
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/box...her-fight.html
Welterweight Pacquiao (54-3-2) currently tops the list of the best pound-for-pound boxers compiled by 'The Ring' magazine ahead of Mayweather (42-0-0), also a welterweight, in second place with Martinez third.
'It's a disgrace what they (Pacquiao's camp) are asking,' Martinez, a former cyclist and soccer player who came late to boxing, said in Madrid after a training session at a local gym.
'It would be better if they just said they didn't want to fight me, because they know I'll knock him out.'
Martinez, who sports an elaborate dragon tattoo on his left bicep, said Pacquaio's people had told him he would have to agree to slim down to 147 pounds (66.7 kilos) and limit his weight to 150 pounds for the actual bout.

so you post an article from 2011 with Martinez talking smack, when the hell would Arum have negotiations with Sergio Martinez its clear he doesn't do fights unless they are in house? This is Lou Dibella and Martinez and his manager using Pacquiao and Floyds name to pitch him and get exposure its called piggy backing. Sergio even said Pacquiao was too small for him, his manager is the one who said they would have to make Sergio cut off a limb to make weight.
Come on man, show me actual proof, and why would they allow Margarito to rehydrate out of all the fighters when he would be the one to benefit most from added weight gain with his pressure style?
