I don't follow Mayweather all that close, but didn't he fight Cotto at 154? Why the sudden change?

Canelo...who blew off a 150 lbs catchweight ala Mayweather...he can lose two extra pounds if he wants his crack at the throne. I'm skeptical he actually needs to make this cw though, he can miss weight and GBP would have him for the fight.

Dawson on National TV said he would come down to 168, Canelo did not. On top of that, Ward never discredited another fighter for weight draining and then do the same thing.

no one is forcing canelo to agree to the terms----Floyd should be bashed for this fight and I for 1 will bash him as far as the weight goes, but let's be real, Floyd's defending his titles also which Manny did not against cotto....they made a diamond belt for many-lol

all in all, Floyd will whitwash this kid like there's no tomorrow and he will get credit from me as long as his titles are on the line---canelo comes in at 170, Floyd gets full credit...

the difference with the pacquiao and cotto bout from this one is that many did not have a title on the line.....as he did not win 1.....but Floyd is also defending his belts---what does that tell you....Floyd is a small jr mw and about a normal ww now but he is so small compared to everyone else including fighters who move up to fight him including ricky hatton who was naturally bigger than Floyd----and hatton ducked Floyd at 140 in 2004 and 2005....
