It goes way back into the mists of time in America. There were only eight and a few disputed titles way back then. All of a sudden there was a blossoming of organizations, grade levels of champions, champions up to our ears. I don't like it, but what can I do?

He won both fights... You can go to any website and there will always be a mention of Lucas getting robbed. So in my book and most experts this guy is undefeated. Same bull**** happened to Sergio Martinez...... Point is there is controversy in favor of Lucas. It's a story waiting to be exploited. Good stories sell tickets. Wouldn’t be surprised if showtime bypasses Garcia and Alexander.

Garcia barely survived the Judah fight, he was almost KO'd late in that fight.

Alexander has been protected and setup as Floyd's next opponent, fresh off that TKO win.
I can't say stranger things haven't happened but, if you compare Alexander's to Garcia's chances of getting that fight I would say Dannys got it unless Showtime enjoys paying Floyd millions and losing money at the same time. Garcia has headlined two major events at the Barclays center over the past 12 months, one with a highlight reel knockout (general public doesn't know Morales is shot to ****) and an exciting 12 round fight with Zab Judah (one of a very small group of household names in boxing) So Garcia isn't there yet, but he's alot further than Devon. At least the Ghost beat Berto, how do you sell a fight with a guy who's most recent win was a Eurobum named Purdy.

I still find it funny that since the monster stoppage we have heard from EVERYONE but the Garcia camp.

You call it assumptions, I call it a calculated guess. Fight Lucas for a million, or wait and see if I have the chance to fight the biggest boxer on earth for 3 million minimum. I think I would be quiet too, but I guess if you were Danny you would've signed the contract to fight Lucas right after the post presser with Judah.
Your calculated guess was off. Not even Floyd can save Garcia from the ass whooping now.

Its time for Dannyboy to step up. Thats right. No more old fighters like Holt, Morales and Judah.

Haha nah man. Its not about being owned. I never doubted Floyd would fight Canelo either. Mayweather is too smart. He knows the longer he waits the more dangerous Canelo would get.
