Here mate this is from sports enquirer on 16th december(fight was on 8the december)

    in short it says

" The fourth fight between Juan Manuel Marquez and Manny Pacquiao generated about 1.15 million buys on HBO PPV", Top Rank promoter Bob Arum told ESPN.com on Saturday.

Throughout the promotion for the fight, which took place last Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, apparent fan fatigue resulting from their three previous bouts was evident, and after a bit of an admittedly slow promotion, Arum said that the pay-per-view projections were sluggish -- until the buys picked up significantly on the final day with a rush that he said helped push the fight into seven figures.

"For ten years, you have not heard about HBO releasing Nielsen ratings and suddenly now every week you get releases with how many viewers they have. What is that? What kind of desperate moves are those? And at least be accurate." -- Richard Schaefer 04/02/2013

Seems whatever numbers HBO released in the past can now be questioned according to this Schaefer logic. I doubt whether the one million mark is really achieved in some cases. (Everyone knows Ortiz/Mayweather didn't reach 1M.)

Showtime and Schaefer are so used to seeing numbers released by HBO (which he now questions because they kicked his ass) over 1M and they can't believe they're this low in the Guerrero fight.

Be serious if Showtime tomorrow released a statement the fight did 1.1 mil you wouldn't believe it cause that's not what you want to believe just like the Ortiz numbers.

any number above 1 mil would be questioned and any number below 1 mil would be accepted. its not about accuracy for posters like cgarcia its about finding a way to discredit floyd.

You should know the drill by now...

Floyd doesn't need to fight X,Y or Z because its obvious he will beat them.
Floyd doesn't need to release figures because its always over 1 million PPV's sold

Floyd Fantasy Mayweather will dance to his own tune whilst his fans peddle the excuses and provide fantasy answers to fantasy questions.

I know and they know that Showtime could show them everyname of the people who bought it and they would still say they lying. If it did 1.1 or 870k doesn't matter to me I had a great at the fight something most of these keyboard warriors would know nothing about.
