GGG is too small for Froch. Chavez is a possibility.

Did you see what happened to Dawson when he came down to 168 from 175 to fight Ward? He had no strength at the weight. The same thing would happen to Froch if he went to 160, he'd get beaten by average fighters because he wouldnt be the same.

In fact he wouldn't be able to make the weight anyway. Froch has never fought that low, he started off technically as a light heavyweight at 170. Froch would be a dead man walking if he tried to go down to 160 - literally anyone would beat him because he'd be badly weight-drained.

Froch/Martinez would be a great start. Froch would kill this ****ing bum ass fighter who lost to Martin Murray.

Froch/Murray would be an amazing domestic fight. I think it will be very close with it going either way depending on how well each fight.

Then there is Chavez Jr and also GGG which could be a a war.

Helluva a lot better than old man Borekins, bum Clev, under experienced Groves, A one sided Ward fight.
Froch would be a skeleton at 160, are you even familiar with what happens when guys go down in weight significantly especially older fighters? Guys he would usually take out at 168 or would be even fights would end up being knock out losses for Froch.

Froch would get knocked out all over the place, think Dawson, Byrd, Dewitt, Roy Jones Jr (after HW).

          Stay at 168.

Guys who drastically cut can move weight without problems, Carl walks around a few lbs above his fight weight. Not often you see fighters stay at the same weight their whole career these days, it's cool.

            correct.

froch has 2 titles at 168. he says thats his correct fighting weight. no need to move up OR down. just stay at 168 plenty of money to be made there. anyone wants to fight him come to 168.

Why does he have to shift weight at all? He can stay in 1 division all his career and be as respected as those who move around. Most people who shift around weights tend to be the lower weights, and don't tend to stick in the division very long, and end up settling somewhere at the end. Either way is fine, I don't put more value on picking up random titles in divisions over staying and winning multiple titles in 1 division, it's just a different approach.

                Martinez beats Froch at 160

Froch is a natural SMW isn't he? It would be better to go up than drain himself I would think.

A healthy Martinez, without a bum knee, broken hand, or fighting in a thunderstorm would break Froch's face to bits at 160. He should try to fight Golovkin after the Macklin fight....that's if Froch is man enough to take the challenge.

So much excuses lol. Froch couldn't fight anyone at 160 I made a mistake and I admit it. If Martinez and Froch met in the middle then Froch would kill the overrated Martinez.

Froch is man enough to take GGG. GGG is all ****ing hype until he fights someone at a top caliber. Froch takes on anyone don't even start anything about Froch ducking fights. He fights anyone.

Froch could make 165 probably, that's about it.

Martinez-Froch at 168 would be a good fight.
