The simple fact is Ward isn't in a position to dictate terms. On the BBC 5 Live interview, after the fight, he said "Froch should come to the US". Seriously?

Carl already fought Andre and he has never complained about headbutts or clinching himself. Kessler on the other hand, stopped trying to beat Ward and instead did everything he could to get him DQ'd by intentionally sticking his head where it would get butted and running into clinches himself.

Froch and Hearn said themselves the Ward fight is bigger and they would look for a bigger venue.

Froch's increased popularity and exposure on ppv will naturally generate higher PPV's and a higher gate.

These are the same fans that came out in full force for Audley Harrison. Froch- Ward would get 25-30k in the right venue and I hardly believe any UK fan who bought the Kessler PPV would hesitate to buy Froch's next PPV whether it's Ward, Hopkins or even a bum like Groves.
