I don't think it's a duck at all ward owns froch and will own him again if they fight, but on the other hand u fortunately in boxing not always the more skilled fighter is the top draw, so it would make sence for ward financially to fight froch in the u.k only with neutral judges tho.

No, if Froch/Ward I was even the slightest bit controversial a case could be made, but it wasn't. Ward dominated.

It's gonna take big money to lure Ward to the UK knowing what happened to Dirrell. Tell Hearn to come up with that kind of money and I'm sure Ward will be receptive

I could see that happening. I would hate to see that, I would hope for Ward to only get a loss from actually losing, but I do not want that happening either lol

It's all about the money and legacy, if he gets offered the sort of money he hasn't seen before to come over and he turns it down then it's idiotic more than ducking IMO. This is an easy fight for him but him leaving his comfort zone is what a lot of people want to see, how he deals with that and then the opportunity for him to gather more fans especially in the UK where he would be loved. If he gets a better option then fine but if there is no fights on the table then why not come over if the offer is great.

Never really minded him always fighting in Oakland either, he the champ and man to beat in the division.. Plus, bout time some fights happen in Northern California.
