If Ward Doesn't Fight Froch In The UK

Paper titles? Froch got his titles by beating an undefeated Bute (The same Bute that Ward didn't want to fight against) and a warrior like Kessler.
Guys with paper titles are the likes of Canelo (vs Matt Hatton) or Cleverly (vs Kuziemski), but I'm 100% sure that Froch doesn't holds some "paper titles"
You're damn right I said paper titles and I really like Froch as a fighter.
Bute's title is the perfect example of a paper title. He won the title at home, over a marginal champion making his first defense. He forced Barrio to come to Canada and then he made a string of awful defenses that included Jesse Brinkley, William Joppy and Edison Miranda.
As if Bute's belt isn't a big enough joke the made up WBA title, that belongs to Ward, that Kessler brought to the ring is one of the most pathetic trinkets in the entire business.Comment

It is never a duck move not to go to England to fight an English hero. Ask Hagler. Ward holds the win over Froch and it was not even a close fight. Froch needs the rematch but Ward does not need it although Froch is his biggest money fight. Ward can still make good money fighting other guys. Let them fight in a neutral place.Comment

No, it's not a duck. Ward already beat Froch more than convincingly. He is the lineal champion of the world and a legit top 3 p4p anyway you look at it. Froch has virtually no leverage on him to make him go to the U.K. other than financial incentives which we can only speculate.Comment

Ward ducking Froch is like Floyd ducking Guerrero
Froch clearly wants no part of Ward. Ward has nothing to prove, Froch is the one who has to avenge a loss.
Ward has made it clear that anytime Froch wants the rematch, he can get it, but he's not calling the shots. Froch is the only one making excuses and roadblocks for this fight not to happen. Saying the fight can only happen in England is one.
He has no right to make any demands of the Champion.Last edited by DARKSEID; 05-26-2013, 10:35 PM.Comment

Ward, absolute proof that being humble, mature, cleaning out your division and looking to face the best isn't gonna warrant the right respect, people generally hate this guy for all the wrong reasons. I'm just glad he's this talented, that way as he continues you win you bitches can keep moaning.Comment

It's sad because initially I really wanted to see the rematch. I thought Froch would do a lot better in a second fight. But it doesn't seem like Froch is as confident as I am. It's been made clearer and clearer every day that Froch doesn't want this fight at all.Comment
