Ward don't "NEED" anything, he is the one that is considered Top 3 P4P by most and is considered WORLD WIDE as the #1 Guy at 168, also Ward is just entering his PRIME while Kessler and Froch are looking to cash out on big fights because they careers are winding down

All roads lead through Ward when it comes to 168, sure fighting Froch overseas=Bigger Pay Day but it is also a HUGE RISK of getting ROBBED in NOTTINGHAM LIKE DIRRELL and I guarantee if Ward gets Robbed it is no way Hearns and Froch give him a rematch in the US, they would take that win and RUN with it

Froch wasn't robbed in the US, it wasn't any controversy after their fight, he flat out lost to a better fighter and it is not Froch it is his fans who seem to just can't accept the fact that Ward is the better fighter so they are using Payday and Crowd sizes and they want that to be the determining factor as to who is the better fighter....BUT Boxing don't work that way!

Ward needs it more in terms of that there isn't a really big fight out there for him. Froch could fight Kessler again or fight Hopkins or even a domestic fight with Cleverley/Groves which would do huge business.

Froch earned this second fight... he is the biggest name out there (I guess), and the fight will clearly be a hit in UK.
