Depends who you ask. I'm a founding member of TBRB and disagree strongly with the other chairs on this (as you'll not in the site ratings here). It will iron out. The underlying principle is correct. 1-2 should be the ONLY way to crown a champ when there is not one and that never happened. I think this 1-2 required an exception.
I agree, no one should be required to put hands on family. A familial exception would be legit.
