Ok, so Kotelnik did better against Alexander. However Alexander dominated Maidana who damn near slept Khan. That logic doesn't work. Style wise khan ain't winning *****e. Alexander is capable of fighting at a blistering pace. Letting loose more than a thousand punches in a single fight. Khan gets very ordinary after 4 rounds. Devon matches him in quickness early and takes over late as khan wears down.

I wasn't trying to give the impression of using a triangle theory to pick Khan. Just responding to Khan not being able to beat a top 5 fighter. He's done that, he was considered arguably the best at 140 for a reason.

This will be a great fight to watch for many reasons...

Devon Alexander will make Amir Khan look very good I think!

Khan's punches and moves faster, has better footwork and can hit alot harder, more determined but he obviously has a weak chin...
Devon Alexander a good technical boxer, pretty good defence, has shown lack of heart at times and doesn't have alot of punching power...

Whether Khan can transition to 147 well and take Devon's punches can't say he wont struggle with someone stroking his whiskers since Julio Diaz gave him problems.
I think Amir can finish this guy tbh, just depends on whether he goes looking for it.

Beating Devon will set up the fight most of British people want to see Kell Brook Vs Amir Khan.

i truly dont get how anyone, on NSB or experts, can say khan would win a fight with any top 5 fighter. i jus do not understand how this is possible. he gets touched, he goes down. and lets face it, he gets touched

alexander KO / TKO khan. if this fight happens, we'll see alexander fight like we never seen him fight before or thought he could....

Kotelnik schooled Alexander. If you consider Alexander a "top 5 fighter", Kotelnik must be above him. Khan shut Kotelnik out.

You have a point about Khan but he doesnt sitdown on his punches enough. Hes a pitty pat puncher at times. And Devon is confident right now. The WW division is getting compact at the 2 thru 6,7 spots.

Alexander can be over run with shots. He didn't deal with Bradley well, and even Kotelnik's skills were enough to make him look like ****. Alexander can not deal with a jab and IMO Khan will take a **** load of rounds.

Alexander is also a guy that doesn't seem to sit down on his shots too. Plus Alexander hugs at close range quite a bit which would be a good thing for Khan.

Style wise, Alexander is a good choice for Khan IMO. Whether Khan can take his shots or be hit enough is another question.
