  • Comments Thread For: Parker-Botha Undercard is Starting To Come Together

A celebrity cast has been assembled for the six fight undercard of Joseph Parker's scrap with Francois Botha at Auckland's Trust Stadium next month.

Botha's son, Marcel, will make his professional boxing debut against Jeremy Sebastian, the brother of Australian singer Guy Sebastian.

Jordan Tuigamala, the son of former All Blacks wing Inga Tuigamala, will also make his debut against super middleweight James Uoka, though it is understood he may be forced to pull out after already agreeing to fight another opponent on June 28.

nderachiever? more like overachiever. there isn't many HWs who have gotten more mileage out of a marginal skillset then botha. he's made some money, fought some of the best & has had a pretty successful career in my opinion. almost every fight he went in to he was the underdog & was outgunned. his son? interested to see what he looks lke...

That's true,he has done well with with the skills he was born with.Truth be told he did make some of those fights he was outgunned in exciting.I'll never forget how he tried to ax handle chop Tyson's ears way back when.He had the heart but just not the skills to make it against the best.I think he won the Sonny Boy fight.I was harsh in my statement about him and I retract it.It will be interesting to see how his son does.
