    Maybe it's cause I'm Irish and we don't have the term here but could someone enlighten me to what a clutch fighter is?

    From reading I took it as somebody who pulls the win out of the bag late, but the Ali reference threw me...

        Not a term you will hear in boxing too much, but it will be thrown everywhere in team sports. Basically means doing something special when the pressure is on.

            Martinez and Marquez come to mind in terms of elite active fighters. When these two suffer a kd you know it's about to go down.
