You're right, he's already wasted his best years. He's not going to be a late bloomer with the mileage he put on the wheels as an amateur.

I remember when he first went pro he was Odlanier Solis Fonte and then he ate the 2nd last name and became Odlanier Solis.

Why would Stiverne risk his number 1 WBC ranking to fight a bum like Solis? Yes - I called him a bum. Stiverne is inline for a shot at Vitali

Solis should probably be trying to make cruiserweight.

Now I understand their is big money in the heavyweight division but at that height he should be about 210-220 max to be in the best shape possible.
Height doesnt really mean ****. Everyone is built different.

Instead of eating 10 burgers a day now he's only eating 5. Great determination by Solis.

We have heard it all before, i dont believe we will ever see a 230 pound Solis.
Solis doesnt like the sport he is doing, he dont like boxing. He lacks hard work and dedication for the sport and i dont think it comes back. In Cuba he was a force with all the sport-regime but now as a free man his focus is not fully on boxing anymore. But i can understand that.

So this bum... *clears throat* can possibly beat Stiverne. Doesn't that make Solis a more worthy opponent for Vitali?

Besides the redundant argument that Solis is not professional due to his weight, why else would people not want to witness this "fat slob" rematch Vitali and see him get annihilated as most suggest would happen? It's clear as day their first meeting left many questions in the air. I'm intrigued for a rematch.
