Wouldn't even watch this fight if it gets made. No way I'm paying $70 for this. I'm not gonna bash Floyd or Devon, im simply just not going to contribute my time or money to this crap.

Fat Dan said 870k buys not a million. Idk if he switched his tune as of late but that's what he reported. And there was no need to promote the fight just like Floyd said. It was already sold because it was a Floyd Mayweather fight. I would like to see Floyd fight Canelo or Matthysse. Id watch him fight who ever he chooses though unless its devon. I'm not watching that fight.

Word is it might have been lower, around 900k. Makes sense that it might have been given the switch to Sho. On HBO it would have been a million flat or more.

Don't go by word go by facts. The facts are it was over million ppvs. Do your research before making idiotic statements.

Yea but they can CLAIM it did whatever they want to claim. I find it ironic, that once the news broke about it doing 870, the very next day they claim it did a million. But they didnt even use a specific number. They just used the word, "million" They didnt promote the fight that well, and thats why it flopped off.

Either way, I don't give a ****. I haven't ordered a Mayweather PPV in God knows how long. I think the last one I bought was JMM. I actually think its ****ed up that a person like me has HBO and Showtime solely for boxing and they turn around a "force" me to buy PPV for many of the best fights.

When Floyd tweeted that he was fighting Devon prior to the Guerrero fight, I actually felt that stylistically, Devon presented more issues than Ghost. I still feel that way. The fight everyone wants is Floyd-Canelo. Stylistically, I think Devon presents more problems than Canelo as well. Of course, Canelo's size and power is a wildcard that on the surface makes him a bigger threat. So that's the fight Floyd should take. But all things considered. If Floyd-Canelo doesn't get made for Sept, Devon is probably the next best option and a fight I would be intrigued to see play out.
