Here's three for you:
1. Hasim Rahman. He threw a significant punch five years ago, you know. Since then (after losing to a shot Holyfield and J*** R***) he's climbed back into title contention by fighting the following dangerous opponents: Mario Cawley, Alfred Cole
Rob Calloway, Terrence Lewis, Kali Meehan and Monte Barrett. I've always maintained that if Rahman wasn't an American he'd have been forgotten by TV companies and sanctioning bodies LONG ago.
2. Henry Cooper. I'm sick of this old bastard selling autobiographies off the back of the fact that he delivered a perfectly-timed uppercut on my boy Clay FORTY-THREE years ago. What's most galling is that he's responsible for continuing the "three minute break" story... which is a MYTH.
3. Antonio Tarver. A contentious one?
What say YOU? Fair dues, I give Cooper respect for being a solid
pro who delivered and was the nearest to ever knocking Ali out. I just wish he wouldn't go on about it so much, that's all. Tarver's got skill, even if Roy was old, but Rahman... beyond mediocre.
