So many empty seats at Bradley Provodnikov, why is Timmy the least popular champ?

Bradley can't even fill seats in his own town, and is even booed after beating Provodnikov in his OWN TOWN.

So his own town hates him. My question is why? Did they think he lost to Provodnikov and didn't earn the win? My guess is, this is it.

Or is it the insanely excessive clinching, that makes him boring and ugly to watch?

Is Bradley the least popular and least cared about champ in boxing? And if so, is it right? When you consider the only time he's ever been exciting is when he got his a$$ kicked by an unknown underdog Russian, maybe you can't blame the boxing public for not caring at all about Bradley.

Bradley welling up and literally crying on TV over the fact you don't have fans is definitely not going to win them over.

Tim's only problem is he has no punching power at all.

This is all true. Losing to Pacquiao, yet getting the nod, definitely angered people. But, Bradley was actually crying on TV over this. Kinda pathetic.

Still, I haven't seen a boxer get booed by his own home town crowd right after winning a fight, it's kinda astonishing. Also, so many empty seats. It's just strange to see a boxer's own home crowd hate him.

The more I think about it, the more I think it's due to his ugly style of fighting. He's in a tough position. If he fights to win, he'll be hated, and if he fights to please or to get a KO, he'll get KOed himself.

At 30 years old, I wonder how much Ruslan took out of him. Bradley was very lucky that Ruslan didn't get that first knock down. Arum sure knows how to pick the refs.

Pretty much this. Plus his style is ugly, and he headbutts all his opponents.

If you're gonna be a boxer, you gotta be a smooth, SRL/Pernell type boxer for people to admire your work.

Bradley is like a mini Holyfield, except he has no power at all.

Bradley doesn't have a big home base and he hasn't adopted some outlandish 'personality' to get attention. Still gets big fights and big purses, he's doing alright.

Yea, having him on a top ten p4p is ridiculous after losing to Pac, and getting his a$$ kicked by Provodnikov.

It's a shame Ruslan didn't get a draw or at least a win. And I think his own town feels the same way. Still can't think of another fighter who is as hated as Bradley is in his own home town. But I guess it comes from apathy. They just don't care about him, hence all the empty seats.

Because he's a fake champion with a boring personality and a boring style.

                  Not hard to decipher.

It probably meant he's been in an overrated division (being a former GBP guy) in the company of weak fighters, Ortiz, Peterson, Alexander, etc. Some have moderate skills but lack punching power. And when faced with outsiders like Provodnikov and Matthysse, they look ordinary.
