Im not asking if you think he will become a ppv star but am simply wondering if you guys think he will [IF] he keeps knocking people out this way

Way off base. Only way is against Floyd or Pac. Argentinian fighters dont have that much support in the US. -
i just think boxing fans are craving for a new knockout king. I love a pure boxer as much as anyone but i also like to see a knockout king as wellComment

Martinez fought a Mexican tho. Lucas needs a name next to him to be a PPV fighter. But gotta start somewhere tho right?Originally posted by apocalyptoQuote:

If you want to be a superstar you have to beat some superstars. Manny and JMM are at Top Rank, that just leaves Floyd...
If he knocks out a string of name guys like Garcia, Broner, and some ex-Mayweather opponents like Guerrero and Ortiz then maybe. But it's still a stretch.
The small Argentine-American population really holds guys like Lucas and Sergio back.Comment

KO against sub-par oppositions? not so sure...
Even though imo he beat Devon and Judah, he didn't exactly KO them.
Sergio was far more impressive, and even though he isn't a brawler, his style is very crowd pleasing, but yet he never reached that level (PPV Draw).Comment
