    Lucas Mattysse and PPV

In my opinion if lucas keeps winning in ko fashion he will become a ppv draw. what do you guys think am i off base? im not saying i think he will I just think if he keeps winning beating big names the way he has lately starting with garcia he has a chance to be a PPV star. what do you guys think. Im not asking if you think he will become a ppv star but am simply wondering if you guys think he will [IF] he keeps knocking people out this way

Way off base. Only way is against Floyd or Pac. Argentinian fighters dont have that much support in the US.

i dont think it matters if he keeps knocking people out in early rounds in devastating fashion i think he becomes one of the biggest stars in boxing that dont mean he will i just think if he does keep winning this way people will tune in and it will be in big numbers

Martinez fought a Mexican tho. Lucas needs a name next to him to be a PPV fighter. But gotta start somewhere tho right?

If you want to be a superstar you have to beat some superstars. Manny and JMM are at Top Rank, that just leaves Floyd...

If he knocks out a string of name guys like Garcia, Broner, and some ex-Mayweather opponents like Guerrero and Ortiz then maybe. But it's still a stretch.

The small Argentine-American population really holds guys like Lucas and Sergio back.

he needs to beat Danny Garcia... then Amir Khan for extra bonus credit and easy money. then from there maybe beat marquez or pacquiao, then he'll be PPV material and he can PPV against Broner... then Mayweather.

KO against sub-par oppositions? not so sure...
Even though imo he beat Devon and Judah, he didn't exactly KO them.

Sergio was far more impressive, and even though he isn't a brawler, his style is very crowd pleasing, but yet he never reached that level (PPV Draw).
