Don't remember if anyone mentioned Kelly Pavlik. His win over Taylor was great, but he didn't do anything in his reign worth mentioning. The Taylor rematch was up in weight too, iirc, so that doesn't really add to his title reign much, imo.

His reign ****** no doubt, but he did beat the number one guy and had a couple pisspoor defenses so that's better than some already mentioned. He was such a disappointing his career looked promising.
