The only guy who doesn't do it is amir khan and his chin is like a blast furnace.
Hahah you're 100% right, I was wondering the exact same thing. And Khan definitely used to do it too, check his fight against Maidana and Peterson. Someone in the US talked some sense into him.

Bradley would be nice..or anyone whose been top 5 at 147 for the past 2 years. Hell i'd take the top 3 at 140lbs as well over those names. Garcia, Mathysse, or anyone else is more interesting than amir, devon, keith and both the guys I just mentioned plan on going to 147 anyway.
Do you understand the current landscape/politics of boxing?

      1. The only people that have been in the top 5 at 147 for the past two years are Floyd and Pacquiao.
      2. The consensus top 6 names at 147 are Floyd, Manny, Paulie, Devon, JMM, and Bradley is whatever order. All, but Manny and Floyd are newer to the WW division.
      3. Floyd isn't fighting anyone with or associated with Top Rank.
      4. The top guys at 140 are being lined up for other fights.

So again, with all the above there aren't a lot of names left besides Devon.

Politics? LMAO..you mean bullshhh sales pitches. There are plenty..again lined up does not mean finalized. There are a ton of better options than devon coming up or going down in weight. If you are happy with Devon so be it..I wouldn't be but to each their own. I'll say another easy paycheck for mayweather. I've stated who are better options in an update of my last post. i believe in mandatories..flat out..Guerrero should not have been a mandatory but GBP has this magic wand that turns anyone they want into whatever ranked position they decide they want them in.

Bradley is signed to Cameron Dunkin and Dunkin has an agreement with Top Rank which is why they couldn't force bradley to fight Pacquaio instead of JMM...but he's been available to fight and has openly stated he'd like to fight Mayweather and we all know Bob Arum wouldn't have the same issues putting Bradley up against Mayweather that he did with Pacquaio. Trout is available, Canelo is available, Lara is available..and all would happily meet him at 150. So coming up or coming down in weight there are a ton of better options.
Kell Brook? Jesuse Christ, you were going on this rant about people deserving to be worthy of a fight with Floyd and you name a guy who has only fought bums? HAHAHAHA

Remember the question was who is worthy if the Canelo fight doesn't happen. Bradley is signed to fight JMM, so he is out. Lara has a fight next month so he would have to win that first, so maybe. Trout is a possibility.

However, imo, Devon has done and proven more than both Lara and Trout so I would argue against them being ahead of Devon.

Mayweather isn't fighting Devon Alexander next. Alexander-Khan will happen in December. I have a hard believing if Devon broke his hand that he would fight less than 4 months from now anyway.

I never said Kell Brook deserved the fight I said he's better ranked than Devon and has a better overall record. Listen I respect your views about Devon but I disagree, he is a b rated fighter on his best day. Would I pay to see Devon as the main opponent in a ppv? Not in a million years. Nor would I for Thurman. We know Floyd isn't going to fight Trout simply because he just lost to Canelo. I say he picks devon and then fights whoever beats Berto next again. Let's not put a thumb up and cover the sun..we all know Floyd isn't going to take a risk and that's where the real problem is in regards to your politics question from earlier. It's been real kicking it with you even if we don't see eye to eye but I guess we'll find out in a few weeks who it'll be.

I bet Devon Alexander's left hand will heal immediately if Mayweather wants to fight him tomorrow.

Alexander is slick, he beat a old ass one dimentional Randall Bailey to win a weak IBF 147 title. These fighters I tell you will find the easiest way for a paycheck. That Purdy guy was a bum and after beating him you deserve a crack at Floyd smh
