I don't think Khan would win but as usual I respect him for being willing to take on anyone.

He can't just hide from big punchers the rest of his career. If that's the case he might as well retire.

And this would be a lucrative fight for Matthysse so I don't understand why anybody wouldn't want to see him get possibly his first million dollar purse.

Khan in retrospect is a Garcia leftover, and it would be counterproductive for Lucas to fight him next. His grand goal is to claim supremacy over the 140 pound division and he knows he needs to eliminate Garcia to do it.

Khan is talking lot of smack now, always has, but giving him credit for heart is not the same as seeing his crumpled face and bambi legs and seeing the intimidation in his eyes when he gets hit. . . .
