Also when did Floyd become an easy guy to hurt? One shot isn't going to get the job done against Floyd, that has been proven and Matthysse is not in the top tier of stopping power he is a good puncher but he ain't Hearns, Tyson or Jackson either.

Floyd can be put down by a good shot. Look at what a **** and slow oldsley did. Don't act like Floyd has a great chin. Lucas has proven to have great pop on both hands.

If you understood what he meant then what was the purpose of that nonsense that you posted? I agree that Mayweather's reach advantage won't be what would win him the fight(him being a superior fighter with suprerior skills is what would win him the fight), but it's certainly not going to help Matthysse.

A Floyd/Matthysse fight would be similiar to Floyd/Gatti.

Who would have a better chance at winning Golovkin vs Ward or Matthysse vs Mayweather?

It's not just this forum, it happens on every boxing forums after every big fights. Anytime a fighter from 140-154 fights, you should expect them to make countless threads about Floyd fighting him afterwards.

This happens after every fight in and around 140-154...One guy dismantles another and all of a sudden Mayweather (who has nothing to do with the fight) would never fight that guy because that guy is a major threat.

I remember all the people bringing up how scared Floyd looked when Mosley stormed the ring after the JMM fight etc...what happened there? Same thing that always happens...

Honestly when people use Peterson as a barometer for someones potential performance vs Mayweather it makes me realize so many people don't appreciate just how good Floyd is! Not saying I don't want to see this fight or that Matthysse is a bum/has no chance...just that Mayweather is on a different level to 99% of the guys out there.

Lucas is such a big puncher, there's no doubt Floyd will duck this dude. We would have to pick one of these:

Lucas live to far to fight.

They're not fighting to see who the best is.

                  My health come first.

When was Lucas when I was dominating at 21.

                  I lost my urge.

Did he go down? And you know they say power is the last thing to go~

Floyd has never been hurt bad in his career so my view is the one that is proven out, and Matthysse ain't that fearsome a puncher broham~
